Retreats are a great way to begin a yoga practice or develop an existing yoga practice. For newcomers to yoga a retreat will give you a better chance to experience a range of classes and to ask questions as they come to mind. For experienced practitioners a retreat will enable you to deepen and enrich your existing practice.

I am able to offer:

  • weekend retreats in Australia,
  • an annual 10 day retreat in India
  • and I am open to requests for retreats if you have a group who are keen to organise one. Contact me for more information on a retreat you would like to organise.

Retreats in Australia

Retreats are scheduled throughout the year, or contact Maryann to organise a custom retreat for you and your friends.

Past retreats

Maryann has run retreats at a number of rural locations. Stroud has proven popular with past participants with many return participants. Twice daily yoga practices and a guided yoga nidra leave participants with a relaxed state of mind and the feeling that they have had an extended break.
